① Mark half of the width of the coupling length, by dividing half of the pipe gap onto each pipe end.
② Do not take the coupling apart. Install “as is”. No need to grease the pipes or the gasket.
③ Position the coupling on the pipes between these the two marks.
④ Tighten each bolt by turning the torque wrench several times, alternating between bolts.
⑤ Continue torquing the bolts until the wrench clicks or the torque value is reached. When one bolt reaches the required torque move to the next bolt until the proper torque is also reached.

② Install the repair clamp beside the leak and the tighten the bolts just until the gasket is touching the pipe.
③ Then quickly slide the clamp over the leak between the two marks and continue to torque the bolts..
④ Install the casing around the gasket making sure that all of the gasket is within the edges of the casing.
⑤ Tighten each bolt by turning the torque wrench several times, alternating between bolts..
⑥ Continue torquing the bolts until the torque value has been reached. When one bolt reaches the required value move to the next bolt until the proper value is also reached.
